There are many aspects that make the Stella team of educators special. One of these is the ability to see each student as an individual. In a classroom setting, it can be too easy to teach to the group, rather than teach to the individual. Students are people, and if we show respect, attention and interest at the individual level it can have a dramatic effect on their motivation and performance.
