弊社では、大学機関との日々のお取引において、講師派遣にとどまらず、授業運営、試験対応、各種調整業務を含めた総合的な支援を大切にしております。

新年度の開始時期は、各大学様にとって、授業準備、履修対応、試験実施、クラス分けなど、多くの業務が短期間に集中する大変ご多忙な時期です。弊社では、そのような現場の状況を十分に理解し、必要に応じて迅速かつ柔軟に対応できる体制づくりに努めております。

先日も、ある大学様において多数の学生を対象としたプレイスメントテスト実施後、極めて短い期間の中で採点・集計・結果提出まで求められる案件がございました。弊社では、関係スタッフが速やかに連携し、正確性を確保しながら期限内に対応を完了いたしました。

  At Stella Innovations Co., Ltd., we believe that supporting universities means far more than simply providing instructors. We place great importance on offering comprehensive support that includes class management, testing support, coordination, and administrative responsiveness.

The beginning of an academic year is an especially demanding time for universities. Class preparation, placement decisions, testing, scheduling, and student support often need to be handled within a very limited timeframe. We understand these realities and work to maintain a system that allows us to respond quickly, accurately, and flexibly when needed.

Recently, after the implementation of a large-scale placement test for a university partner, we were asked to complete the grading, compilation, and submission of results within an extremely short turnaround time. Through close coordination among our staff and careful attention to accuracy, we were able to complete the work and submit the results within the requested deadline.

We believe that this kind of response is not made possible by speed alone. It depends on operational readiness, teamwork, familiarity with academic needs, and, above all, a strong sense of responsibility toward educational institutions.
